Customer Data
Customer service in ProWaste Manager is built on the customer billing information table and its related tables, all linked by a unique, system-created account number. Billing information covers the billing address, contact name, phone numbers, billing terms, customer billing status and much more. Service addresses, automatic charges, notes and other records all relate back to the main customer screen through this account number.
Account Number
Each customer has a unique account number. Every customer can have an unlimited number of service addresses, each parsed into address components for easy export to external mapping programs and fast searching.
8-digit numeric · auto-incremented when a new customer is created
Service Number
Each service address can have an unlimited number of automatic charges. Auto-charge information includes the service code (e.g. 131 for a 3-yard bin serviced 3 times a week), price, tax, status, billing cycle code, routing information per day, billing and dispatch notes, and more.

Customer Default Charges
Each customer account can have an unlimited number of default charges. A default charge stores the service code (e.g. EXTRA for an extra pickup), default price and roll-off data such as plus-dump, maximum tonnage and over-tonnage fees.
Default-Charge Number: 8-digit numeric · auto-incremented
Customer Notes
Dated notes for the main customer screen, unlimited per customer. Type 'A' notes show their first line on the main customer screen. Type 'P' notes pop up in a window every time the customer is opened.
Customer Contracts
Each customer account can have a single contract information screen assigned to it.
Service Code Data
Every charge, payment and credit uses a service code. Service codes drive transactions, receipts, auto charges, default charges and order entry. Each code records whether it is a charge, credit or payment, with a multiplier of 1 or -1 to mark a debit or credit.
15-character alphanumeric · e.g. 131, PAYMENT, CREDIT, EXTRA, ROLLOFF
Routes Data
All scheduling is based on a route number. Each route has a truck and a driver assigned and is used for both front-loader and roll-off accounts, for customer routing and scheduling, and for landfill ticket entry. Route types are user defined — roll-off, front loader, scout and so on.
Unique · up to 6 alphanumeric characters
Truck Data
Truck numbers are assigned to routes and used in landfill ticket entry and in the Truck Maintenance add-on.

Landfill Data
Landfill codes are used in ticket entry. Landfill taxes and fees can be set up to calculate ticket totals automatically. ProWaste Manager keeps every landfill ticket entered, and landfill reports printed on key fields help reconcile landfill invoices.

These files support the Truck Maintenance add-on. The employee file also serves as the lookup table for drivers and swampers on route and work order screens.
